Life has certainly changed over the last few weeks and this has naturally brought a lot of anxiety, sadness, stress and even anger as people get used to new ways of living.
We’ve been busy adapting our service to be able to hold online and telephone counselling sessions. We’ve really missed seeing our clients face-to-face but we’re confident we can continue our high level of service using different methods. Our main concern has been making sure that we maintain our thorough ethical standards to ensure the safety of clients. This has now been established and we can begin to put sessions in place.
We also want to provide information and resources to the wider public about managing thoughts and feelings and finding ways to adapt during this time. We hope you find it useful, if there is anything you would like to be covered in future editions please contact us by email – email@example.com.
